• Start in a pushup position with both hands on a plate. This will extend your range of motion.
    Break at the elbows and shoulders until your upper arm travels behind the body slightly.
    Then press back into the original position.
  • Place a plate on your back. Position your index fingers and thumbs so they are touching, forming a diamond shape.
    Use a standard push up position
    Lower your chest towards your hands, keep your elbows close to your body
    Stop just before your chest touches the floor, then push back up to the starting position.
  • Begin in a push-up position on your knees. Break at the elbow and shoulder joint.
    Lower your body, keeping elbows close.
    Push back up to the starting position.
  • Use a dip belt to attach a plate to yourself. Grip bars with arms straight, shoulders above hands. Keep legs straight or bent.
    Lower slowly until elbows are at 90 degrees.
    Push back up to start position, extending arms fully.
