- There should be a straight line from your elbow to fist (vertical forearms).
- Sit tall and try not to arch your spine as you're pressing.
- Press until your elbows are extended and push your head forward slightly.
- Stand in the middle of the two bands with feet shoulder-width apart. Step forward with one foot to create tension in the bands.
- Hold one band in each hand, palms facing forward. Start the exercise with your arms extended in front of you, keeping a slight bend in your elbows.
- Lower your arms to the sides of your chest, maintaining control of the band.
- Push your arms back up to the starting position, keeping your core engaged and maintaining control of the band.
- Stand between the two anchored bands, grasp them with an overhand grip, and position the bands at shoulder level.
- Brace your core and push the bands overhead, fully extending your arms.
- Lower the bands back to shoulder level, keeping your core engaged and arms straight. Repeat for desired number of reps.
- Start by setting up the rings to a secure anchor point and adjust the straps so that they hang about waist height when you stand under them.
- Stand facing the rings grab the handles with both hands, and step forward so that your body is in a plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
- Lower your body down by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the handles. Keep your core tight and your body in a straight line.
- Push your body back up to the starting position, straightening your arms as you do so. Make sure to engage your chest, triceps, and core throughout the movement.
