• Start lying on your back perpendicularly to the barbell, holding the bar directly over your shoulder with the hand that's closer to the bar with your palm facing down towards your feet.
    While keeping your shoulder steady, bend your elbow and lower the end of the bar back towards your the ground next to your head. Keep your hinging elbow pointed down towards your feet.
    Drive through your palm to extend your elbow and return the bar to the starting position, then repeat for the desired number of reps before switching sides.
  • Start kneeling in front of the landmine, facing towards it, with your knees hip-width apart and your back straight while holding the end of the bar in both hands in front of your chest.
    Push the landmine up overhead by fully extending your arms until the weight is directly over your head. Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the landmine back down to the starting position.
    Repeat for the desired number of reps.
  • Start in a kneeling position facing the barbell with one hand holding the end of the barbell at your shoulder with your elbow tucked beneath your wrist.
    Keeping your elbow pointing forward, drive the barbell up overhead until your arm is fully extended and switch the bar to your other hand at the top of the movement.
    Control the descent of the bar to your other shoulder and repeat movement for desired reps, switching hands at the top of each rep.
  • Stand facing the landmine leaning forward slightly with the end of the barbell held in one hand at your shoulder with your elbow positioned beneath your wrist.
    While keeping your elbow pointed forward, drive the bar directly overhead, switching hands at the top of the movement. Lower the bar back down to the other side of your body, mirroring the starting position.
    Repeat for desired number of reps, switching hands at the top of each rep.
