• Begin on your hands and knees with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips.
    Place your forearms on the floor and interlace your fingers.
    Place the crown of your head on the floor and tuck your toes under.
    Walk your feet towards your head and lift your hips up.
    Straighten your legs and find your balance. Hold for several breaths and then release.
  • Stand facing the landmine leaning forward slightly with the end of the barbell held in one hand at your shoulder with your elbow positioned beneath your wrist.
    While keeping your elbow pointed forward, drive the bar directly overhead, switching hands at the top of the movement. Lower the bar back down to the other side of your body, mirroring the starting position.
    Repeat for desired number of reps, switching hands at the top of each rep.
  • Start in a kneeling position facing the barbell with one hand holding the end of the barbell at your shoulder with your elbow tucked beneath your wrist.
    Keeping your elbow pointing forward, drive the barbell up overhead until your arm is fully extended and switch the bar to your other hand at the top of the movement.
    Control the descent of the bar to your other shoulder and repeat movement for desired reps, switching hands at the top of each rep.
  • Stand facing the landmine attachment while holding the end of the bar with one hand at your shoulder on the same side with your elbow tucked to your body underneath your wrist.
    Step back with the leg on the same side that you are holding the bar on and with control lower yourself down into a lunge position while keeping your core engaged and torso tall, then drive through your front heel as you step back to the starting position.
    Once your feet are back in the starting position, drive the bar up overhead until your arm is fully extended, then lower the bar back down to the starting position.
    Repeated for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
