• Start by lying flat on your back on a ball with your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent.
Engage your core muscles and flex your spine until you feel your abs contract.
  • Kneel behind a stability ball, place forearms on top, and engage your core muscles.
Lift knees, balance on toes, and slowly move forearms in small controlled circles.
Maintain a stable torso, avoid excessive movement, and reverse direction after several rotations.
  • Start in a plank position with your feet on a stability ball and hands on the floor.
Engage your core and tuck your knees toward your chest, rolling the ball forward carefully.
Extend your legs back to the starting position, maintaining balance and control throughout the movement.
  • Place your feet on the ball and get in to a plank position.
Pull your hips straight up toward the ceiling.
Lower your hips until you're back in a plank position.
