• Start by placing two dumbbells on the floor, about shoulder-width apart.
Position yourself in a plank position with your hands on top of the dumbbells, keeping your arms straight.
Keep your feet together, with your toes resting on the floor.
Engage your core and lower your body towards the floor by bending your arms, until your chest nearly touches the dumbbells.
Push your body back up to the starting position, straightening your arms and engaging your chest, triceps and shoulders.
  • Start by adjusting the TRX straps to chest height. Stand facing the TRX with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Grasp the TRX handles with both hands, keeping your arms extended and your shoulders away from your ears.
Lean forward, keeping your arms extended and your core engaged. Your body should form a slight diagonal line from your ankles to your head.
Slowly bring your arms towards each other, in front of your chest, while keeping your core engaged and your body in a stable position.
  • Start by setting up the TRX straps to a secure anchor point and adjust the straps so that they hang about waist height when you stand under them.
Stand facing the TRX straps, grab the handles with both hands, and step forward so that your body is in a plank position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
Lower your body down by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the handles. Keep your core tight and your body in a straight line.
Push your body back up to the starting position, straightening your arms as you do so. Make sure to engage your chest, triceps, and core throughout the movement.
  • Sit on the machine and grab the handles with a neutral grip.
Adjust the machine to get the longest range of motion possible.
Press until your elbows are not extended but not hyperextended.
