• Start by lying on your side with your feet stacked on top of each other and the bar on your hip.
    Place your bottom elbow on the ground beneath your shoulder and engage your core to raise your hips off the ground.
    Your hips will do all the moving. Think, "hips up, hips down."
  • Standing straight with a kettlebell in one hand, walk for a specified distance or duration.
    Stay upright and don't lean to one side.
  • Lie on your side, knees bent, hands behind head.
    Bring your elbow towards your knees and flex your obliques.
  • Lie on your side, legs straight, hand behind head.
    Lift both legs and upper body simultaneously.
    Squeeze obliques, then lower back down. Repeat on both sides.
